If you are not satisfied with the service provided by Edlipse Engineering Global Pvt. Ltd., you can directly log in and send the complaint or appeal to the management of Edlpse India in any of the following manner.

Complaint:

The complaint is the formal expression of Dissatisfaction against the services. The complainant can be an individual or an organization
   1. The complaint can be for the service provided by Edlipse.
   2. The complaint can be on service provided by the client certified by Edlipse.
   3. The complaint can be information provided by Accrediation body.

Appeal:

The appeal is the expression of dissatisfaction on the result or outcomeof the audit, certification decision or any other related matter

  
Complaint Procedure:

   1.1. The complaint can use any of the modes of communication.
     a. The complaint logged on Edlipse India website as given below.
     b. The communication to Edlipse India on HO address or respective brance address.
     c. Email to : info@edlipse.com
   1.2. The complaint shall be recorded, acknowledged by Customer communiaction and shall be forwarded to Head System Certification.
   1.3. Head system Certification shall investigate, keep complainant updated on status, and communicate the decision & actions to the complainant.

  
Appeal Process:

The appeal is the expression of dissatisfaction on the result or outcomeof the audit, certification decision or any other related matter
   2.1. The appellant can use any of the modes of communication.
     a. The Appeal on website.
     b. The letter to Edlipse India on HO address or respective brance address.
     c. Email to : info@edlipse.com
   2.2. All the appeals shall be recorded, acknowledged by Customer communiaction and shall be forwarded to Head System Certification.
   2.3. Head system Certification shall ensure proper tracking of appeals.
   2.4. Head system Certification shall investigate, keep appellant updated and communicate the decision & actions to the appellant.
   2.5. The Head System sCertification shall take suitable corrective Action and Monitor its effectiveness.
